An invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The fee must be paid by the early registration deadline or no later than 5 days before the event.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme and event dates.
By registering, you agree to the use and publication of photos taken during the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email at least 8 days before the event. In this case, 20% of the registration fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations received later will be charged the full registration fee.
