These Terms & Conditions are bound to the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. In order to resolve any disputes and misunderstandings regarding the covirias.eu website, for which all other extrajudicial options of the agreement have already been exhausted, the Court of Ljubljana has jurisdiction. In doing so, you acknowledge that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment or employment relationship between you and RES-PONS d.o.o. from these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions determine the entire agreement between you and RES-PONS d.o.o. according to covirias.eu services, replacing all previous or simultaneous communications and offers, electronic, oral or written, between you and RES-PONS d.o.o. depending on the site service. A printed version of these Terms & Conditions or any of its electronic forms is acceptable in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or in connection with it, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records maintained in the original in printed form.
