Discounts do not add up!
Discounts apply to applications that are paid before the event.
Registration fee must be paid in order to provide you with a free place.
All bank transfer costs are obligation of the payer.
Cancellation of attendance is possible by e-mail to info@covirias.eu until 31 October 2020. In this case participant will be charged 20 % of registration fee for administrative costs. For subsequent cancellations full registration fee will be charged.
Prices include attendance at lectures, refreshments during breaks and lunch.
We will only use your personal information for the purpose of organizing the COVIRIAS Conference and will not forward it to third parties without your consent.
The participants themselves are responsible for the organization and costs associated with travel and possible accommodation.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program!
