Martina Puc je magistra farmacije, magistrica farmacevtskih znanosti, specialistka iz preizkušanja zdravil in magistrica managementa se že 30 let profesionalno ukvarja s prehranskimi dopolnili. Je avtorica sistema P3 Professional©, raziskovalka in strokovnjakinja za prehranska dopolnila, pobudnica vzpostavitve sistema nutrivigilance v Sloveniji, poznavalka trga, ki prepoznava trende, še preden se ti uveljavijo.
Martina je ustanovna članica in prva predsednica Združenja za prehranska dopolnila na GZS.
Predvsem je Martina sistematična disseminatorka znanj in drugih kompetenc o prehranskih dopolnilih.
Martina Puc is a pharmacist with a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, a specialist in drug testing, and a Master’s in Management, Martina has been professionally engaged in the field of food supplements for over 30 years. She is the author of the P3 Professional© system, a researcher and expert in food supplements, the initiator of the nutrivigilance system in Slovenia, and a market analyst who recognizes trends before they become mainstream.
Martina is a founding member and the first president of the Food Supplements Association at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS).
Above all, Martina is a systematic disseminator of knowledge and competencies related to food supplements.
Dr. Tatjana Zagorc

Dr. Tatjana Zagorc je doktorica biotehnoloških znanosti. Leta 1995 je diplomirala na Biotehniški fakulteti, kjer se je v diplomski nalogi ukvarjala z uporabo kvasovk za odstranjevanje kontaminantov iz odpadnih voda. V okviru magisterskega podiplomskega študija biotehnologije Univerze v Ljubljani je raziskovala zimocidne lastnosti vinskih kvasovk tudi na Univerzi sv. Štefana v Budimpešti. Raziskovalni del doktorske naloge je opravila na Univerzi dežele Saarland v Nemčiji. Leta 2001 je na Univerzi v Ljubljani doktorirala z nalogo „Konstrukcija rekombinantne kvasovke Schizosaccharomyces pombe za heterologno produkcijo proteinov”. Od leta 2002 je zaposlena na GZS, od leta 2005 kot direktorica Zbornice kmetijskih in živilskih podjetij. Aktivno sodeluje zastopa interese živilskopredelovalne industrije v številnih strokovnih telesih.
Dr. Tatjana Zagorc holds a PhD in Biotechnological Sciences. In 1995, she graduated from the Biotechnical Faculty, focusing on the use of yeast for removing contaminants from wastewater. During her postgraduate studies in biotechnology, she researched the killer properties of wine yeasts at St. István University in Budapest. She continued her doctoral research at Saarland University in Germany, earning her PhD in 2001 at University of Ljubljana with a dissertation “Construction of recombinant Schizosaccharomyces pombe yeast for heterologous protein production”. Since 2002, she has been employed at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, becoming Director of the Chamber of Agricultural and Food Companies in 2005. She actively represents the food processing industry in numerous expert bodies.
Matija Centrih, mag. farm.

Matija Centrih, mag. farm., je koncesionar Lekarne Dobrova z izjemno bogatimi izkušnjami na različnih področjih lekarništva in farmacevtike. Aktiven je kot predsednik Združenja zasebnih lekarnarjev in predsednik Sekcije koncesionarjev ter sodeluje v različnih delovnih telesih LZS. Kot lekarnar vedno zasleduje cilj pomagati ljudem, da izboljšajo svoje zdravstveno stanje. Cilj holističnega pristopa v lekarništvu ima pred očmi tudi pri delu s prehranskimi dopolnili, zato temeljito prouči vsak izdelek, ki ga sam oziroma njegova strokovna ekipa svetuje obiskovalcem Lekarne Dobrova.
Matija Centrih, M.Pharm., is the owner of Lekarna Dobrova and brings extensive experience across various areas of pharmacy and pharmaceutical practice. He actively serves as the President of the Association of Private Pharmacists and the President of the Concessionaires’ Section, and participates in several working bodies of the Slovenian Chamber of Pharmacies. As a pharmacist, his guiding mission is always to help people improve their health. He applies a holistic approach to pharmacy—especially in the field of food supplements—by thoroughly examining every product he or his expert team recommends to visitors of Lekarna Dobrova.

dr. Ana-Marija Liberati Pršo, dr. med.

Ana-Marija Liberati Pršo se je rodila leta 1982 v Zagrebu. Po študiju medicine v Zagrebu je leta 2004 vpisala doktorski študij »Nutricionizem« na Prehrambeno-biotehnološki fakulteti Univerze v Zagrebu in marca 2020 pridobila naziv doktorice znanosti. Od leta 2011 je zaposlena kot zdravnica na Kliniki za interno medicino Klinične bolnišnice Sveti Duh v Zagrebu. V svojem znanstveno-raziskovalnem delu se ukvarja s področji endokrinologije, diabetesa in nutricionizma.
Na omenjenih področjih je izvajala klinične študije, aktivno in pasivno sodelovala na številnih domačih in mednarodnih srečanjih in kongresih ter pri oblikovanju Nacionalnih smernic za farmakološko zdravljenje bolnikov s sladkorno boleznijo tipa 2 in Nacionalnih smernic za prehrano pri sladkorni bolezni pri odraslih. Je avtorica in soavtorica številnih znanstvenih člankov, kongresnih povzetkov, vodnika za uporabo vitamina D v endokrinologiji ter številnih poglavij v učbenikih.
Od leta 2009 deluje kot izobraževalka in članica predsedstva Zagreškega diabetičnega društva, od leta 2022 kot znanstvena svetovalka Centra za črevesni mikrobiom v Zagrebu, od leta 2023 pa kot sodelavka v virtualni kliniki Metabolic Friendly. Od leta 2021 sodeluje pri poučevanju na Medicinski fakulteti in Prehrambeno-biotehnološki fakulteti v Zagrebu, maja 2024 pa je pridobila naziv docentke na Katedri za interno medicino Medicinske fakultete na Reki.
V vsakodnevni klinični praksi je najbolj dejavna na področju presnovnega sindroma, debelosti in sladkorne bolezni, pri čemer si prizadeva za multidisciplinaren pristop in personalizirano obravnavo vsakega bolnika, s prepletom znanja iz medicine in nutricionizma.
Ana-Marija Liberati Pršo was born in 1982 in Zagreb. After studying Medicine in Zagreb, she enrolled in the doctoral program “Nutrition” at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, in 2004, and earned her PhD in March 2020. Since 2011, she has been working as a physician at the Department of Internal Medicine at Sveti Duh University Hospital in Zagreb. Her scientific research focuses on endocrinology, diabetes, and nutrition.
In these fields, she has conducted clinical trials, actively and passively participated in numerous national and international conferences and congresses, and contributed to the development of National Guidelines for Pharmacological Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and National Nutrition Guidelines for Adult Patients with Diabetes. She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers, congress abstracts, a guide to the use of vitamin D in endocrinology, and many textbook chapters.
Since 2009, she has been an educator and member of the Presidency of the Zagreb Diabetes Association. Since 2022, she has served as a scientific advisor to the Center for Gut Microbiome in Zagreb, and since 2023, she has been a collaborator with the virtual clinic Metabolic Friendly. Since 2021, she has been teaching at the Medical Faculty and the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb, and in May 2024, she was appointed Assistant Professor at the Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka.
In her daily clinical practice, she is most active in the areas of metabolic syndrome, obesity, and diabetes, striving to apply a multidisciplinary and personalized approach for each patient by integrating knowledge from both medicine and nutrition.
doc. dr. Boštjan Jakše

Doc. dr. Boštjan Jakše je doktor znanosti o prehrani z več kot desetimi mednarodnimi certifikati s področja prehrane, zdravja in bolezni ter z več kot 20-letnimi izkušnjami v vrhunskem športu doma in v tujini. Izvedel je več kot 20 znanstvenih raziskav s področja prehrane in zdravja ter sodeluje kot recenzent za številne medicinske in prehranske znanstvene revije najvišje kakovosti (Q1). Je nekdanji član in podpredsednik Strateškega sveta za prehrano Republike Slovenije. Poleg tega je soavtor novih prehranskih smernic na osnovi skupin živil za odrasle v Sloveniji, ki so trenutno v zaključni fazi priprave.
Doc. dr. Boštjan Jakše holds a PhD in Nutrition Science and more than ten international certifications in the fields of nutrition, health, and disease. He brings over 20 years of experience in elite sports both in Slovenia and abroad. He has conducted more than 20 scientific studies in the field of nutrition and health and serves as a peer reviewer for numerous top-tier (Q1) medical and nutrition journals. He is a former member and vice president of the Strategic Council for Nutrition of the Republic of Slovenia. In addition, he is a co-author of the new food-based dietary guidelines for adults in Slovenia, which are currently in the final stages of development.
Irma-Hermina Klemenc, mag. farm.

Irma-Hermina Klemenc je magistra farmacije, ki deluje v Lekarni Dravlje kot holistična svetovalka in Vodja skupine prehranskih dopolnil. Med drugim to pomeni, da postavlja kriterije za izbor prehranskih dopolnil v ponudbi ter skrbi za objektivne kompetence vseh zaposlenih o teh izdelkih.
Irma je vabljena predavateljica na številnih P3 Professional večerih ter asistenkta magistre Puc v P3 Professional Šoli o prehranskih dopolnilih. Je tudi redna avtorica na konferencah o holističnem lekarništvu in članica Etične komisije na Lekarniški zbornici Slovenije, saj se zaveda odgovornosti lekarniških farmacevtov.
Irma-Hermina Klemenc holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and works at Lekarna Dravlje as a holistic consultant and Head of the Food Supplements Group. Among other responsibilities, she sets the criteria for selecting food supplements offered at the pharmacy and ensures that all staff members possess objective and up-to-date competencies regarding these products.
Irma-Hermina is a regular guest speaker at numerous P3 Professional Events and serves as an assistant to Mag. Martina Puc in the P3 Professional School on Food Supplements. She is also a regular contributor at Conferences on Holistic Pharmacy and a member of the Ethics Committee at the Slovenian Chamber of Pharmacy, firmly aware of the professional responsibility that pharmacists hold.

dr. Petra Medved Djurašinović

Dr. Petra Medved Djurašinović je strokovna direktorica na GZS-Zbornici kmetijskih in živilskih podjetij (GZS-ZKŽP). Njeno delovanje danes sloni na 20-letnih izkušnjah dela s podjetji in najrazličnejšimi deležniki, vladnimi in nevladnimi, tako iz Slovenije, kot tudi iz drugih držav. Vodi projektno pisarno GZS-ZKŽP, je nosilka številnih projektov s področja inovacij, trendov, embalaže in senzorike v živilstvu. Je sekretarka Združenja industrije pijač, kjer že vrsto let usmerja delo na prioritetnih področjih. V preteklosti je v vlogi sekretarke Združenja za prehranska dopolnila svoje izkušnje nadgradila tudi na tem področju in pridobila certifikat IRRK o poznavanju področja prehranskih dopolnil.
Dr. Petra Medved Djurašinović is the Associate Director of CCIS-Chamber of Agricultural and Food Enterprises (CCIS-CAFE). Her work today is based on 20 years of experience working with companies and a wide variety of stakeholders, governmental and non-governmental, both from Slovenia and from abroad. She heads the CCIS-CAFE project office and is the leader of numerous projects in the field of innovation, trends, packaging and sensory evaluation in the food industry. She is the Secretary General of the Slovenian Beverages Association, where for many years she has been directing work in priority areas. In the past, as Secretary General of the Slovenian Food Supplements Association, she also upgraded her experience in this area and obtained the IRRK certificate on knowledge of the field of food supplements.
